Fidelity monitoring includes curriculum adherence reviews, facilitator competency assessments, participant experience surveys, service delivery audits, coaching observations, implementation checklists, supervision reviews, and adaptation tracking logs.
The system distinguishes between core components that must remain intact and adaptable elements that can be customized for local populations and contexts. Fidelity data are continuously linked with participant outcomes to determine which program elements are essential to effectiveness and which adaptations improve engagement, relevance, and impact.
