Organizational and Clinical Advisory Committee (OCAC)

The primary strategic, clinical, implementation, evaluation, and lived-experience advisory body for the Model.

The Organizational and Clinical Advisory Committee (OCAC) serves as the primary strategic, clinical, implementation, evaluation, and lived-experience advisory body responsible for informing, refining, validating, and strengthening the development of the Model and the broader ANCHOR Connect service ecosystem. The committee ensures that the model remains trauma-informed, adoption-informed, evidence-informed, culturally responsive, clinically sound, and grounded in the lived experiences of birth parents.

The committee functions as both a developmental and quality improvement body, continuously reviewing implementation findings, emerging research, participant feedback, fidelity data, adaptation requests, and outcome results to ensure the model remains relevant, effective, and replicable.
