Required credentials, initial training hours, ongoing coaching cadence, supervision model, and cultural competency requirements — including the role of facilitators with lived experience.

Participant flyers, referral scripts, partner one-pagers, and social copy. These materials are versioned alongside the Outreach & Engagement plan and translated into the languages our populations use.

Documented adaptations, what has and hasn't worked, and how partner sites have modified the model for rural, tribal, incarcerated, and other contexts. Live entries stream in from the Adaptation Notes and Knowledge Repository.
