The evaluation engine is embedded throughout ANCHOR Connect — baseline, process, and outcome measures collected at intake, midpoint, completion, and at 3, 6, and 12-month follow-ups.

Collected at enrollment: demographics, placement history, geographic region, support preferences, and validated tools measuring well-being, depression, social support, life satisfaction, and adoption adjustment.
